HOW IT WORKS
Step One

You will begin by purchasing the e-design service of your choice to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu. Please APPROVE all items in your Deliverables so that we may move to the next step.
Once all Deliverables have been checked APPROVED you will receive a Services Agreement (Contract) in your Studio requiring signature.

Step Two

Completing the design questionnaire in which you will have the opportunity to submit your design questions regarding the space. This is also where you can submit any photos or drawings in support of your project questions.

Step Three

Next, use the Appointment tab to view & schedule our 30 minute design session via ZOOM.

Step Four

After your video call, OC Design will get to work on your design.

You will view your online design board on our design studio platform. Here you’ll be able to collaborate directly with your designer throughout your revision window through our online platform. Together, we’ll collaborate until you love every bit of your design!


Once all of your items are approved, your designer will create a detailed installation note guide video walking you through exactly how to implement your design plan and share your shopping links so you can shop your design plan with confidence!

Total Project Timeline: 2-4 weeks est.

** This package comes with a 7-day link guarantee. After your project is completed, we offer a 7-day window so if any items become out of stock or unavailable we will happily resource those for you. You will have permanent access to your shopping links once the project is finalized. They do not expire.
