How It Works
Step One: Purchase & Set Up Your Account
After purchasing, log into your secure MyDoma account (our online platform).
Navigate to the menu on the left to access all project tools.
Approve all items in your Deliverables to move forward.
Once approved, you’ll receive your Services Agreement (contract) for signature.
Step Two: Complete Your Design Questionnaire
- Provide details about your space, style preferences, and design challenges.
- Submit photos, room measurements, and any construction or preliminary drawings (if applicable).
Step Three: Schedule Your 30-Minute Zoom Session
- Use the Appointments tab to schedule your one-on-one design consultation.
- During this call, we’ll go over your design vision, preferences, and any specific concerns.
Step Four: Design Development & Collaboration
- After your call, OC Design will begin creating your custom 3D design plan.
- You’ll receive access to your online design board, where you can provide feedback during your 7-day revision window.
- We’ll collaborate until your design is perfectly tailored to your needs.
Step Five: Final Delivery & Installation Guide
Once all items are approved, you’ll receive:
✅ A detailed installation video walking you through your design implementation
✅ A finalized shoppable design plan so you can confidently purchase your selected items

⏳ Estimated Completion: 2-4 weeks

🔹 7-Day Link Guarantee: After your project is completed, you have 7 days to request replacements for any out-of-stock items.
