Whether you're ready to embark on a complete transformation, or your space just needs a little fine tuning; OC Design has got you covered and our consultation is the perfect place to start.
We believe in creating sustainable, easy-to-maintain solutions in place that not only saves you time, but also allows you to focus your energy on the things - and people - you love by turning your homes into a space that is functional, beautiful, and easy to maintain- is important.

THE CONSULTATION

We will spend up to two hours together during which we will review each room or space that you are interested in having organized and talk about what is working and what is not. In addition to looking at the possible pain points of the space we will discuss what overall design style you are looking to achieve. Whether that is in reference to bins, additional supplies purchased for the project or reconstruction of the space we will devise a plan and style of the project space and create a truly remarkable outcome.
To do this we must take careful measurement as well as photos of the space. This part typically takes up a good majority of our time together as we tend to be meticulous in recording precise and accurate measurements.
Once we have gathered the necessary info, we will discuss next steps and when you can expect a proposal for your project.

HOW THE CONSULTATION PROCESS WORKS:

Step One

You will begin by purchasing the Consultation (on this page) to get started as well as create a login for your Mydoma Account.

Step Two

You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu. Please APPROVE all items in your 'FILES & MEDIA' so that we may move to the next step.
Use the Appointment tab to view OC Design’s calendar and schedule your appointment.

Step Three

We will spend up to two hours, on-site or virtually, conducting an assessment of your project to gather information that is essential to our partnership. We will drill down to understand your goals and expectations of the process and walk away with a clear understanding of the scope for the project you are requesting. Additional measurements and photos will be taken for on-site consultations. This typically takes up to 1 hour depending on the scope of the project.

Step Four

Following the completion of the consultation we will provide you with a proposal of services

To book please review and confirm both terms as well as remit payment. We require a $165 non-refundable consultation fee that will be applied to any service purchase in the future.
Once you've completed your purchase you will receive an email with next steps. It will be at this time that you will be prompted to schedule the consultation, at your leisure. You will also have access to our FAQs, what to expect, process documents and more!
